Robert, the Director of Multimedia joined lntelligraphics in 1996 and brought with him the audio driver experience needed to found the multimedia group. As the author of the acclaimed “Manley” Gravis Ultrasound OS/2 audio drivers and the IBM licensed Warp joystick driver, Robert was a significant contributor and well respected member of the OS/2 development community. Early Windows NT development on media processor boards such as the Chromatic Research MPact! processor immediately brought recognition from Microsoft and top-tier audio manufacturers. This led to Intelligraphics providing the only standby capable AC97 codec driver at Intel Plugfest ’99. As director the multimedia team Robert has also managed and led the development of dozens of one-click install solutions for USB, serial/modem, HID, GPS, and other proprietary devices. Robert architected many of the reusable codebases at lntelligraphics such as the multi-layer agnostic KMDF-based USB CDC ACM driver. Robert was selected to present Intelligraphics NetBootEm’ custom BLDK demo as an Intel development partner at Embedded World 2012.
